CZ100-300 Automatic C & Z Interchangeable Purlin Roll Forming Machine
The Xinhonghua CZ100-300 automatic C and Z interchangeable purlin roll forming machine produces multiple C and Z steel purlin sizes on one line. With rapid profile changeover, PLC control, pre-punching and universal post-cutting, it is designed for flexible and accurate structural steel production.
The standard configuration covers 100-300 mm profile width, 30-80 mm height and 10-25 mm lip. Standard material thickness is 1.0-3.0 mm, with configurations up to 3.5 mm available according to the project.
The Xinhonghua CZ100-300 line produces multiple C and Z purlin profiles without requiring a separate machine for each section. Automatic adjustment, PLC control and integrated punching and cutting help manufacturers switch between specifications efficiently while maintaining stable profile quality.

One production line can form both C and Z sections in multiple sizes. The adjustable forming stations reduce manual setup and support faster order changes for steel-building and purlin production.
The pre-punching section positions holes before roll forming, while the universal post-cutting unit supports different profile sizes without changing a dedicated cutting die for every specification.
The guide feeding and reshaping section aligns incoming material before it enters the forming stations. Precision rollers and shafts support smooth profile shaping, while the drive system provides stable production power.
The machine is suitable for C and Z purlins used in steel structure workshops, warehouses, industrial buildings, roofing support systems, prefabricated buildings and general structural steel construction.
