1.High Precision

1). Specially customized Industrial Control Computer according to requirements of light steel frame construction with accurate calculation and fast response abilities.

2). Roll forming before punching and cutting,avoid the secondary displacement of pre-punched

hole caused by the stretching and extrusion of raw materials in the process of roll forming.

2.Fast Production Speed

Overall production speed 4-5tons/8h≈200m²/8h,drywall panel frame production speed 600m/h. (drywall panel with door & window holes:650m/h, drywall panel without door & window:780m/h, based on practical test  )

3.Low wasting rate of material

Low machine failure rate of post punching & cutting model contributes to low material wasting rate

Short distance between punching & cutting die able to limit the start-up material waste length at 0.02m, and end material waste length within 1 meter. While the pre-punching & post cutting machine, due to the longer distance between punching & cutting die, the start up material waste length is usually longer than 2m and end waste length may be even more than 5m(as the length detecting component is installed in front of die,when the material end completely go through the detecting part, the detecting part can no more detect the material length in the machine to give signal to the puncher)

4. Continuous web notch punching without extruding material   

The strength of raw material will be greatly reduced when continuous web & lip notches are made, thus material in the pre-punching machine may be easily extruded and then cause machine jam during roll forming process

5. Adding two enforced ribs on the web, to increase the loading

capacity of frame up to around 128% 

(There are other machines that produces frames with enforced ribs. But the enforced ribs would be broken when encounter with service holes. This will not only cause the lost of enforced function, but also stress concentration. ) 


6.Seamless end cut connection

Seamless end-cut connection is a patent design of XHH LGS ROLL FORMER. The two ends of the vertical frame can seamlessly connect to the web of the bottom and top  horizontal frames.

So the weight of the house can be directly loaded and passed by the vertical frame, which makes the house safer.( the distance between end of vertical frame and web of horizontal frame can be set between 0-4mm).
